New platform opens regional trade opportunities for agricultural producers, suppliers and buyers
Agribusiness Media, one of the region’s fastest-growing digital agriculture and business content platforms, has launched an online marketplace designed to connect farmers, agri-businesses, cooperatives and buyers across Eswatini and the broader Southern African region.
The Agribusiness Media Marketplace, accessible at agribusinessmedia.com/marketplace.html, was launched in response to sustained demand from the platform’s community — which has grown to over 137,000 followers on Facebook alone — for a dedicated space to conduct agricultural trade and commerce online.

The marketplace allows sellers to list a range of agricultural products and services including livestock, seeds, farming inputs, equipment, fresh produce and agri-consultancy services. Buyers can browse listings and connect directly with sellers, reducing the barriers that have historically limited access to agricultural markets for smallholder farmers and rural agri-businesses.
The launch comes at a time of growing momentum around digital transformation in Eswatini’s agricultural sector, with increasing adoption of mobile technology among farmers and rural entrepreneurs.
